Jeff’s Gourmet Pies is pleased to offer unique and inspired desserts to our customers. New desserts are created by our R&D team, led by our corporate chef, Chef Lee Ellen Ferguson; Chef Lee has 20 years experience as a baker and Pastry Chef; her award-winning recipes have earned distinction from the American Culinary Federation, and she is a four-time winner of the National Pie Championships "Best of Show" award. Lee is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). As a Research Chef, she blends food science training, creativity and solid culinary principles into inspired product development for both the food service and specialty retail channels.

Chef Lee is an active member of the Research Chefs Association (RCA), the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT). A dedicated "Foodie", Lee enjoys working with our customers to create unique, best-selling desserts perfectly matched to their menu concept.
